  • Certain forms need to be filled out by legal representatives of the company
  • Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) usually provides its approval within two months
  • Digital Capital is providing support during this process
  • EMD agent can then provide all the services for which Digital Capital is authorized
  • Digital Capital is responsible for monitoring work of its EMS agents, as agents are working under Digital Capital’s ‘’umbrella’’
